By creating an account or using MathMind AI ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MathMind AI provides an AI-powered Socratic math tutoring service for students in grades 6–12. The Service includes problem extraction from photos, guided tutoring sessions, work checking, and visual diagrams.
The Service is intended for students and their parents or guardians. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account without parental consent. Users under 13 may use the Service only with verifiable parental consent.
Parents and guardians are responsible for their child's use of the Service and agree to these Terms on their child's behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mathmindai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not share accounts between multiple users or create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.
The Service offers a free trial (5 problem snaps) and paid subscription plans ("Monthly" at $9.99/month and "Annual" at $89.99/year). Subscriptions include 100 problem snaps per billing cycle and unlimited tutoring and work-check sessions.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time via the subscription management page. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card information. Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days' notice.

The Service, including its design, code, AI-generated responses, and visual diagrams, is owned by MathMind AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.
You retain ownership of any math problems or work you submit. By submitting content you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.
MathMind AI uses large language models to provide tutoring. AI-generated content may contain errors. The Service is designed to help students learn — it is not a substitute for a qualified teacher. Always verify important mathematical results independently.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATHMIND AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and your account data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or an in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
